    • Shoulder injuries: rotator cuff pain, frozen shoulder

    • Elbow pain: golfer’s or tennis elbow, carpal tunnel

    • Hip, pelvic and knee pain

    • Pregnancy-related pain and postural changes

    • Sports injuries and movement imbalances

Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, targeting both the root cause and long-term prevention so you can move freely and feel confident in your body again.

  • Every treatment at NuBody Osteopathy begins with understanding you.

Your lifestyle, goals and movement patterns.

We start with a detailed consultation and assessment to identify the true cause of your discomfort not just the symptoms.

From there we create a personalised plan that may include:

    • Hands-on osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, stretching, massage, dry needling or HVLA adjustments to relieve pain and improve mobility

    • Clinical Pilates-based movement retraining to restore balance and strength

    • Tailored strength and conditioning to support performance and prevent injury

    • Education and take-home strategies to maintain progress

Our approach blends clinical precision with functional movement coaching, helping active professionals recover faster and stay pain-free long after treatment ends.

  • Osteopathy helps by viewing the body as one integrated system. Where muscles, joints, nerves, and circulation all work together.

Pain is rarely just about one area; it’s often a result of imbalance or restriction somewhere else.

By improving how these systems interact, Osteopathy supports better movement, function, and long-term health.

    The Science Behind Osteopathy

Modern research supports the use of manual therapy for assisting pain reduction and management, mobility, and quality of life.

Studies also show that education and exercise, when combined with manual therapy can lead to better long-term outcomes and lower recurrence rates for musculoskeletal pain.

    How It Works

Our Osteopathic treatments use gentle, precise techniques to:

    • Improve joint mobility and release muscle tension

    • Enhance blood flow and nervous system function

    • Reduce inflammation and support recovery

    • Assist improving posture and body mechanics to prevent recurring pain

  • For people who train regularly, spend long hours sitting, juggle work/family/ fitness, even small movement restrictions can cause pain, fatigue and performance drops.

Our goal is to help you:

✽ Move more efficiently in daily life and sport

✽ Recover faster from injury or muscle fatigue

✽ Build long-term strength, stability and confidence in your body

✽ Prevent recurring pain or compensations before they start
